VOIP Integration

VOIP integration, built around call recording

Regulated brokers do not buy a dialer for call quality. They buy it because every conversation relating to an order has to be recorded, retained and produced on request. That obligation is what this is designed around.

Recording
Automatic on every call, inbound and outbound
Retention
Configurable to your regulatory requirement
Retrieval
By client, agent, date or CRM record
Residency
Region-selectable archive storage

Under MiFID II and equivalent regimes, firms must record telephone communications relating to the reception, transmission and execution of orders, retain them for a defined period, and produce a specific call on request within a deadline. When your compliance officer evaluates a dialer, those are the questions — not call quality. So that is what this page leads with.

What this covers

  • Automatic recording on every inbound and outbound call, with no agent action required and no ability for an agent to disable it
  • Retention configured to your regulatory requirement and jurisdiction, with tamper-evident archive storage
  • Retrieval by client, agent, date range, phone number or linked CRM record, with an audit trail on every retrieval
  • Every call linked to the client record in the CRM, so the conversation history sits alongside the trading and transaction history
  • Data residency options so the archive sits in a region your compliance function accepts
  • Role-based access — who may listen to a recording is a permission, and every access is logged
  • Dialer and productivity features: click-to-call from the CRM, call queues, routing by desk and language, and agent performance reporting

What this does not cover

  • A specific retention period as a product guarantee — retention is configured to your obligation, not ours
  • Legal advice on your recording obligations in a given jurisdiction

Talk to us

Tell us your regulator, your required retention period and where your archive is permitted to sit. If your compliance team has a questionnaire, send it — we would rather answer it directly than have you infer the answers from a webpage.

Before you book

How this works commercially

The four questions every operator asks before a first call. Here they are, up front.

Deployment model
Integration layer between your CRM and your telephony provider. We can work with your existing VOIP provider or introduce one we already integrate with.
Commercial model
Contact us for pricing. Typically a setup fee plus a monthly per-seat fee, with archive storage charged on retained volume. Telephony minutes are billed by your provider directly.
Time to live
Two to three weeks where you already have a VOIP provider we integrate with. Add two to four weeks if a new telephony provider is being procured alongside.
Jurisdictions
Deployed for brokers under CySEC, FCA and ASIC regimes, where recording and retention obligations are most prescriptive. Retention and residency are configured per deployment.
