Forex CRM

A CRM that knows what a brokerage actually does

Generic CRMs track deals. A brokerage needs to open live accounts, verify identity, reflect deposits in trading balances, calculate multi-tier rebates and produce something a regulator will accept. This one does that natively.

The four systems this replaces

Most brokers arrive running a generic CRM, a spreadsheet for rebates, a shared inbox for documents, and a manual reconciliation every morning.

01

Trader's Room

The client-facing portal where your traders open accounts, upload documents, deposit, withdraw and see their full history. Multi-language, mobile-responsive, and branded as yours.

  • Live and demo account opening
  • Deposits and withdrawal requests
  • Document upload and KYC status
  • Full trading and transaction history

02

Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate management

Multi-tier partner structures with automated commission and rebate calculation, so the monthly partner payout stops being a spreadsheet someone rebuilds by hand.

  • Unlimited partner tiers
  • Automated rebate calculation
  • Referral tracking and attribution
  • Partner dashboards and statements

03

Backoffice and operations

Deposit and withdrawal approval with reconciliation against the payment gateway, risk book management, exposure tracking, hedging configuration, and role-based access across your teams.

  • Deposit and withdrawal reconciliation
  • Risk book and exposure tracking
  • Role-based team permissions
  • Immutable audit logging

04

Compliance workflow

KYC and AML verification at signup and at deposit, document expiry tracking, and reporting built to be handed to a regulator rather than reformatted first.

  • Automated KYC and AML checks
  • Document expiry monitoring
  • Audit-ready report exports
  • Per-jurisdiction rule sets

Sales and retention tooling

Because acquiring a funded trader costs too much to lose them to a missed follow-up.

Lead distribution

Route incoming leads to desks and agents by source, region, language or value, with rules you configure rather than request.

Lifecycle automation

Trigger outreach on the events that matter: registration without deposit, first deposit, dormancy, or a margin call.

Multi-channel campaigns

Email, SMS and push messaging from within the CRM, against segments built from real trading behaviour.

Activity-based alerts

Notify an account manager when a client's behaviour changes — volume drops, a large withdrawal is requested, or risk appetite shifts.

Client insight

A single view of each trader: balance, volume, instruments traded, deposits, support history and partner attribution.

Reporting

Revenue, retention, desk performance and partner performance, exportable and schedulable for your management meeting.

Switching providers

Moving off your current CRM

Client data migration is the part that worries operations teams, and rightly so. Here is how it runs.

Expected downtime
Trader's Room access is suspended for a maintenance window of two to four hours during a weekend market close. Trading is unaffected — the platform stays live throughout.
What transfers
Client profiles, KYC documents and status, account links, transaction history, Introducing Broker hierarchies, accrued commission, support history and marketing consent records.
  1. 01Export review — we take your current export and map every field, flagging what has no destination before anything is imported.
  2. 02Partner hierarchy reconstruction — Introducing Broker trees and historical commission accruals are rebuilt and reconciled against your last payout run.
  3. 03Test import — a full copy loads into a staging environment your team checks against source records.
  4. 04Document transfer — KYC documents move with their verification status and expiry dates intact.
  5. 05Cutover — the final delta import runs during a market close and the Trader's Room switches to the new portal.
  6. 06Parallel read access — your previous system stays readable for an agreed period so nothing is lost in dispute.

Before you book

How this works commercially

The four questions every operator asks before a first call. Here they are, up front.

Deployment model
Our own technology, deployed as a dedicated instance under your brand. Hosted by us, or in your own cloud tenancy where your compliance function requires it.
Commercial model
Setup fee plus a monthly licence based on active client records and enabled modules. Data migration is quoted separately against the volume and condition of your export. No revenue share.
Time to live
Two to four weeks for a new deployment. Migrating an existing client base takes four to six, and the variable is almost always the quality of the export you can get out of your current provider.
Jurisdictions
In use under CySEC, FCA, ASIC, FSCA and VFSC regimes, with per-jurisdiction KYC rule sets configured at deployment.

Common questions

Does the Trader's Room work on mobile?

Yes. It is responsive rather than a separate app, so clients get the full portal — account opening, deposits, withdrawals and history — in a mobile browser with no install.

How many Introducing Broker tiers are supported?

Unlimited. Rebate rules are configured per tier and per instrument group, and commission is calculated automatically on closed volume.

Can we keep our existing KYC provider?

Yes. We integrate with the major providers, and if yours is not already connected we will scope the integration during onboarding rather than asking you to switch.

Who can see what?

Access is role-based and configurable per team — sales, retention, compliance, finance and management each see only what their role requires. Every access and change is logged.

See it with your own data structure
