Vertex Trading Platform
Vertex: the platform for brokers who already have volume
You are not launching. You are replacing something that is creaking under load, or bolting together three systems that were never designed to talk. Vertex is built for that situation: full FIX access, a real backoffice, and risk configuration you control rather than request.
- Built for
- Established brokers and institutions
- Connectivity
- FIX 4.4 API, REST, WebSocket streaming
- Money manager
- PAMM and MAM allocation
- Coexists with
- MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade
- Backoffice
- Included — Vertex Backoffice
Built for the problems you actually have
Every one of these came from an operations team that had outgrown their previous platform.
01
FIX API, not a walled garden
Full FIX 4.4 connectivity for order flow and market data, plus REST and WebSocket interfaces. Your quant desk, your reporting warehouse and your risk tooling connect directly instead of scraping a UI.
- FIX 4.4 order and market data
- REST for account operations
- WebSocket price streaming
- Documented, versioned schemas
02
Risk book management you control
Exposure tracking, hedging configuration and routing rules are yours to set and change, with real-time position and P&L monitoring across the book. No support ticket to adjust a limit.
- Real-time exposure by instrument
- Configurable routing and hedging
- Per-group margin and leverage
- Automated limit enforcement
03
PAMM and MAM built in
Pooled and multi-account money manager structures with allocation, performance fee handling and investor reporting — not an integration you buy separately and reconcile by hand.
- Pooled and per-account allocation
- Performance fee automation
- Investor statements
- Manager dashboards
04
Sits alongside what you run today
Vertex does not require you to switch everything at once. Run it in parallel with your existing MetaTrader estate, move client groups across in stages, and keep both reporting into one backoffice.
- Parallel running supported
- Staged client migration
- Unified reporting across both
- No forced cutover date
Vertex Backoffice
The administrative system your operations, dealing and compliance teams work in every day. Included, not sold separately.
Client and account control
KYC status, profiles, permissions, account groups and per-client configuration, with a full audit trail on every change.
Commission and rebates
Introducing Broker (IB) structures, rebate rules and payout schedules configured per group and calculated automatically.
Leverage and margin
Per-group and per-instrument leverage, margin requirements and stop-out levels, adjustable without a deployment.
Liquidity and pricing
Provider connections, aggregation rules, markup configuration and price feed monitoring in one place.
Trade monitoring
Live order and position surveillance with execution controls, plus the intervention tools a dealing desk needs.
Reporting and audit
Operational, financial and regulatory reporting with role-based access and exportable audit logs.
Switching providers
Moving from your current platform
The question nobody answers honestly: what does switching actually cost you. Here is our process and what to expect from it.
- Expected downtime
- None for clients already migrated. Each batch moves during a weekend market close, with a typical window of under two hours per batch.
- What transfers
- Client records, KYC status and documents, account balances, open positions, full trade history, IB hierarchies and accrued commission. Historical reporting stays queryable after cutover.
- 01Discovery — we audit your current setup: instruments, groups, open positions, IB structures, and every integration touching the platform.
- 02Mapping — your account groups, leverage tiers and commission structures are mapped to Vertex configuration and signed off by your operations lead before anything moves.
- 03Parallel environment — Vertex runs alongside your existing platform with live data, so your team works in it before any client sees it.
- 04Pilot group — a small internal or friendly-client group moves first and trades live for an agreed period.
- 05Staged client migration — clients move in batches you define, typically by group or region, over a window that suits your business.
- 06Decommission — the old platform is retired only after you confirm every group has moved and reconciled.
Before you book
How this works commercially
The four questions every operator asks before a first call. Here they are, up front.
- Deployment model
- Our own platform. Deployed as a dedicated environment, hosted by us or in your own cloud tenancy if your compliance function requires it.
- Commercial model
- Annual licence plus a monthly platform fee, scaled to active accounts and volume. Dedicated hosting and custom FIX work are quoted separately. No revenue share.
- Time to live
- Four to eight weeks for a full migration, driven by how many client groups move and how much historical data comes across. A parallel environment is usually running within two weeks of kickoff.
- Jurisdictions
- Deployed under CySEC, FCA, ASIC, FSCA, DFSA and VFSC regimes. We will put you in touch with a reference operating under your regulator where the client agrees to it.
Who runs Vertex
Established forex and CFD brokers
Running real volume and needing platform control that a starter white label cannot give.
Financial institutions
Requiring FIX connectivity, deep audit trails and deployment inside their own infrastructure.
Money managers
Running PAMM or MAM structures where allocation and fee handling have to be right every single time.
Multi-entity groups
Operating several regulated entities and needing separate books with consolidated group reporting.
What operations teams ask
Can we run Vertex alongside MT5 rather than replacing it?
Yes, and most clients do at first. Vertex is designed for parallel operation, with both platforms reporting into the Vertex Backoffice so your team has one view while the estate is mixed.
Do we get FIX access, or is it gated behind a tier?
FIX 4.4 is included. You get order flow and market data sessions, documentation and a test environment as standard, not as a paid add-on.
Where is it hosted, and can we choose?
We host by default in the region closest to your primary liquidity. If your compliance function requires deployment in your own cloud tenancy or a specific jurisdiction, that is supported and quoted separately.
What happens to our open positions during migration?
They transfer with the account. Batches move during a weekend market close so there is no open exposure mid-transfer, and positions are reconciled against your previous platform's statement before the batch is signed off.
Bring us your current setup
Send us what you run today — platform, bridge, CRM, LPs — and we will map what a migration to Vertex would actually involve before you commit to anything.
