What we collect

We collect personal data only when you submit it through the enquiry form on this site. That is the only place this website collects personal data.

• Your work email address
• Your company name
• Your country
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• The nature of your enquiry and any message you write
• The page you submitted the form from, and the time you submitted it

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to have the resulting commercial conversation with you.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of anything done before you withdrew.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries submitted through this site are delivered to our sales email system. We do not store them in a separate database, and this website holds no record of your submission after it has been sent.

We retain enquiry correspondence in our email system for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted. If we enter a commercial relationship, the records relating to that relationship are retained under the terms of the agreement between us.

Who processes it

We use the following processors, each of which handles your data only on our instructions:

• Resend — delivers the enquiry email to us and the confirmation email to you
• Cloudflare — provides the anti-spam check on the form, where enabled
• Our email and hosting providers, which store and serve the resulting correspondence

International transfers

Some of our processors operate outside the UK and the EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside those areas, the transfer is made under an appropriate safeguard, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive it in a portable format.
