Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of server plugins and Expert Advisors, including compatibility checks before an upgrade.

Continuous monitoring of server health, feed quality and execution behaviour, with alerting into your operations channel.

Build upgrades planned and executed in a maintenance window, with rollback tested beforehand rather than improvised.

Backup and disaster recovery

Backup scheduling, restore testing and a documented recovery procedure your compliance function can point to.

Business-hours or extended coverage with defined response times, agreed in your support agreement rather than left vague.

Migration paths

Onto MetaTrader, between MetaTrader servers, or off it entirely. All three are routine work.

Expected downtime
Typically a single weekend market-close window. The rehearsal step exists so we can tell you the actual duration before you commit to a date.
What transfers
Client records, account structures and groups, balances, open positions, complete trade history, and Introducing Broker hierarchies where applicable.
  1. 01Audit — we document your current server: builds, plugins, EAs, symbol sets, groups, and every external system connected to it.
  2. 02Target design — the destination configuration is mapped and signed off before anything moves.
  3. 03Data preparation — client records, account structures, open positions and trade history are extracted and validated against source.
  4. 04Rehearsal — the migration runs end to end against a staging environment and is timed, so the live window is known rather than estimated.
  5. 05Cutover — executed during a weekend market close, with a tested rollback path if any check fails.
  6. 06Post-migration verification — balances, open positions and history reconciled against the source system before sign-off.

How this works commercially

Deployment model
A managed service on your existing infrastructure and licences. The MetaQuotes relationship and server licences remain yours throughout — we operate what you own.
Commercial model
Monthly retainer by support tier and estate size. Migration projects are quoted as fixed-scope work following the audit stage. Contact us for a quote.
Time to live
Support engagements typically begin within one to two weeks of the audit. Migration timelines depend on estate size and are quoted after audit rather than estimated up front.
Jurisdictions
Supporting brokers under CySEC, FCA, ASIC, FSCA and VFSC regimes, plus offshore entities.
